- in order to know the recipient of transit fee notice;
- for processing the registration;
- for sending the proof of payment;
- to contact you in the event of any queries.
The voluntary information is collected in order to make it easier for us to contact you.
2. Transfer of personal data to third parties
We will pass on your name and address to our contractual partners within the framework of the fee payment process.
The data will not be passed on to third parties for other purposes.
We will not sell or otherwise pass on your data to third parties without your consent, unless there is a legal obligation for us to do so or if this is necessary to enforce our rights, in particular to enforce claims arising from the contractual relationship with you.
3. Cookies
When using our WSV Webshop, we use cookies that save the session data during the shop visit (session cookies).
Cookies help in many ways to make your visit to our website easier, more pleasant and more meaningful. Cookies are alphanumeric information files that your web browser automatically stores on your computer's hard drive when you visit our website.

You can also view and change your data stored by us at any time by logging into you user account on our website using your login data.
You can delete your data or your entire user account at any time. This can be done by using the corresponding option in your user account or by sending a corresponding request by e-mail to WebshopNOK.GDWS@wsv.bund.de. We would like to point out that if you delete your data, you will not be able to use our services or will not be able to use them to their full extent.
